Service at reception and throughout our stay was friendly and professional. A last minute extra guest was not a problem nor was there an extra charge. Very clean. In house restaurant was amazing and clean with good food. Price was great. Hope to be back this way.

I have only great things to say about our recent stay at this property. We stayed whilst playing in the Radium Ladies golf competition and from check in to check out, we had a great experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern and very nice, with comfy beds. There is coffee and water available in the lobby. We dined in the restaurant, the food was great and the service was excellent. The hotel has a pool and a spa. The hotel is less than a mile to the Springs golf course and 5 mins to Radium resort course. The hotel had also generously donated a number of prizes to the golf competition, which we were playing in. Thanks for a great stay, we will see you again next year.

We have been traveling thru Western US and north into Canada. This was the nicest hotel of our week’s travel thus far. Helpful staff, plenty of free parking, elevator, beautiful bathroom. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Has on-site restaurant with reasonable prices. When we visited their laundry was not working. We were directed to a laundromat across the street.

A dirty place! Stay away from this place! Our sheets were not clean , they randomly do not change the sheets for new guests!!!! Additionally the customer service was bad ! No apologies when we complained about the cleaning of our room! The town is really rundown!

Couples getaway. Nice clean rooms and decor. Kids hockey team was staying on all floors, children shouting and running up and down hallways at all hours, which was very loud. We weren’t able to use hot tub as planned as the team had taken over the entire pool and hot tub area, very disappointing. We would return but next time will make sure there is not a hockey team staying at the same time.
