Snake River No Thanks
First of all I would like you all to admire my $600 a night view. What a disappointment. Outdated hotel. I had to walk what seemed like miles to my room. Food and beverage program was pretty bad. One night a bartender barked at me and said you’re just gonna have to wait. Most of staff was unpleasant. Went to the gym for 90 mins one morning hoping the room would be made up when I returned. When I got back it wasn’t so I quickly was going to freshen up and leave again so it could be serviced. Note this was around 12pm. Not even 3 minutes into the room and housekeeping knocked...I apologized and said I’d be right out to which she got all huffy and said oh so I actually have to leave and come back? All while rolling her eyes. ??? Isn’t that her job? It’s not ski out as you have to walk a few flights of stairs to get to the Bridger Center. You can ski down the hill in though. All in all not a pleasant stay. I guess the view was telling me where to stay the next time..The Four Seasons.

Great rooms for resting after a day in Grand Teton National Park
We stayed at this lodge for two nights when we visited Grand Teton National Park. The lodge was decorated beautifully from inside and out. It was not far from one of the entrances of the National Park so you can easily get to the park in the mornings.
The rooms were a bit old but were really clean. It had a homey feel and the bed was really comfy (a plus after a tiring day hiking in the park!). The water was hot and powerful, and the hot tub was a relaxing place after a long day. The complimentary coffee and water in the mornings were also great although we didn't have a chance to taste their afternoon treats.
We saw many tour buses while we stayed at the lodge and it looked like you could book them through the lodge. Since it gets a bit cold a night, there were also outdoor fireplaces where you could sit and meet other travelers. The atmosphere is always friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Views are extraordinary
The location with views of the Teton’s was just amazing. The hotel had all the proper amenities, like a great pool, spa and ski valet. The hot tubs were warm and everything was clean. Transportation into Jackson Hole using the bus for $3 was very convenient.

Awesome trip to Jackson! Loved Snake River Lodge.
Just returned from a snow-filled long weekend in Jackson Hole. The Lodge was a great location to base out of, with easy access to the gondolas and the iconic tram. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the fireplace was perfect for warming things up in the morning. Hotel staff was friendly, and was always willing to help out with transportation, restaurants, and any questions we had.
Ski valet service made gearing up and getting ready for apres a breeze. Kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools, while the parents enjoyed the hot tubs and a great spa.
Overall a great experience! We will definitely be back when we make our way out to Jackson Hole again.

We are staying at the lodge for two nights. This has been our 3rd or 4th stay in the hotel. As usual, we have the family with us- two stuffed moose. The two moose were still “sleeping” in bed when we headed out to the slopes in the morning. At the end of the day, only Mangy, the larger moose, was sitting in bed, but his little brother was missing 😱. We looked all over the room, including taking the bedings apart, pillows out of pillow cases, under the bed, around the bed.... then we asked for help from the hotel. After a bit of discussions with the front desk, we got to talk to the manager on duty- Kelli. She immediately asked the house keeping to come and help. We once again looked around the bed, and this time, behind a sofa chair... on the floor there he was! House keeping probably put them on the back of the chair during cleaning, and the little one fell off. Anyhow We are relieved to recover our travel buddies!! 😍
We’d like to gave spacial thanks to Kelli. Appreciate your help 🙏
In addition, the entire hotel staff has been very friendly and the 4pm happy hour free snacks and cookies are such a nice treat. Our room is big and clean, with in house Keurig coffee machine and Starbucks pods. Only issue is the window heating unit comes on and off multiple times during the night and woke us up every time.
We love skiing Jackson Hole and will be back. Recommend the Snake River Lodge.
