We stayed there for 4 nights for $500 per night, the rooms are so old, the bathrooms are poorly maintained, and the AC engine is pounding like hell!, everything is so dark and creepy, and the kids were afraid to walk the hallways as it's dark and has scary pictures of Indians looking at you ( I'm not joking), the pools are the best part in this hotel, bottom line, for $200 it is "ok" hotel but for sure not a dollar more. there are better options in the area which are newer and better - do your research prior to booking.

Exceedingly Adequate

This hotel is set in a beautiful area but both staff and the hotel could use some work. Our room was fine but dated and although advertised as a shared balcony what we really got was two small chairs and table on the walkway all hotel guests could use to access their rooms. Check in posted as 4:00 and when we arrived at 3:45 we were curtly told by front desk Judy that the room was not ready. She offered no time when it would be ready, made no attempt to check when it might be ready and when I asked if I could just complete the check-in process she said NO!! We asked about hotel parking and she wouldn’t help with that either. We were able to check in shortly after 4 but Judy remained unpleasant handed me two keys with no additional information—printed or verbal. Our stay was fine and the rest of the staff were fine but I wouldn’t stay here again with better options so close.

Here for a meeting

We were here 7 years ago for the same meeting. It has gone completely downhill. The food for our dinner was institutional grade at best. Dry chicken. Overcooked fish. Stale rolls. One of our group ordered vegetarian and they literally brought him dry over cooked noodles with a side bowl of sauce. Really??? The servers don’t know anything about service and the bartender couldn’t make a Vodka/Soda without direction. No valet parking. No bellman. This is not even a 3 star hotel, let alone 4 stars, and I used to work for the Hyatt. My group will never be coming back here if I have anything to say about it, and I do.

Location can’t be beat

We have traveled here before and love that we can walk everywhere. The pool and hot tub are great after hiking and we booked some great experiences. It’s beautiful to look out at the mountains and walk the Village .

Chemical burn

The location and amenities are good but I would not stay here again. Me and several other people I was traveling with received chemical burns from the hot tub. I lost a lot of hair on my body and even after a month of being home, my skin is still peeling. Chemical burn makes skiing very uncomfortable. What makes it worse is that I called the manager at the hotel and told them and they didn’t seem to care. They said they would check and get back with me and nothing. I called back and left another message for the manager I spoke to and she never returned my call. I sent feedback to the parent company in a survey and no contact from them either.
