We stayed 2 nights. The first night we didn't sleep at all because another room had their tv on all night. I called the front desk to ask them to ask the people to turn it down and the desk did nothing. Moved to a different room the next night. Again, we could hear everything through the walls...but also my girlfriend was having asthma issues and we found that the bathroom was full of mold! As soon as we left the hotel, it cleared up immediately. So 2 nights and no sleep. I've been an IHG customer for business for 20 years, never been in one of their properties that was this bad, and because of their lack of remedy, my company will be changing brands...

I visited this hotel the evening of October 8, 2022. I reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds. The room was very nice and clean. My friend and I enjoyed the use of the indoor swimming pool and hot tub later in the evening. It was very nice and relaxing but we were asked to leave promptly at closing time. The shower in our room was excellent with lots of pressure and hot water. Breakfast was the typical IHG Holiday inn Express menu items. Tasteless eggs and sausage but excellent hot cinnamon rolls. A very frenzied and crowded dining room. Excellent location just a few miles to the main gates of the National Park.

The complimentary breakfast is staffed with at least 4-5 people who are hustling. They made a point to check in with our table and Imelda offered to make our daughter hot cocoa. She was delighted!!! We will stay here again.
