Nice receptionist, easy check-in. Good-sized clean room, except not room for a decent easy chair--only a tiny uncomfortable padded chair. Bathroom mirror was attractive, but almost useless because only had dim perimeter lighting. Bathroom had soap/shampoo dispensers instead of those tiny soap bars. Squeaky bathroom door was a problem at night. Breakfast was great--one of the best in our motel travels. Great variety of tasty food items. Many friendly, helpful servers. Desk people gave very useful advice about when to go into the Canyon. Quite expensive, as are all of the places near the Canyon.

Got a room here via Priceline and were very pleased. Would stay here again. POSITIVES: VERY friendly desk & breakfast attendants; excellent water pressure; divider wall to separate vanity (which was separate from the bathroom) & main room; variety of food options & serving stations; ample seating for dining; good location NEGATIVES: room was a little tight; water temperature seemed like it could get dangerously hot

We enjoyed our stay at IHG here. The check in was simple and friendly with knowledgeable agents. Nice big room with fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine (with replacement pods on request). King bed and nicely appointed bathroom. Downside was a poor view of the pool room from the window, but we guessed that was most likely down to us checking in early. But we didn't go to stare out of the window in any event. Massive TV. Noisy Aircon/heater which needed to be switched off to get to sleep. Breakfast here was a buffet style with an excellent choice of items. Hot items as well as cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Buns and cakes too. And the usual coffee on tap. The staff in attendance were helpful and diligent, clearing and cleaning in a busy area. Nothing ran out. Overall a good system in place. We were pleased with the efficient flair of this hotel and overall had a good stay. Would recommend highly to anyone who wants a base to explore the area, as did.

Great spot to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon

This hotel was clean with knowledgeable, friendly staff and a respectable breakfast that is included in the room rate. They even had an ice scraper for us to borrow! Good proximity to the Visitor Center (15 minutes when no gate wait) and multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Nice location, good breakfast, hot water is very limited.

The location is really close to Grand Canyon National Park Entrance and the food option around is fine. The breakfast is great. The only concern is that there is almost no hot water from 6pm (when we checked in) to 10pm due to high demand. And the water is not even warm. But if you choose to take the shower in the morning, the water is super hot.
