I would highly recommend Mountain Modern Motel. The location. Is great: within walking distance of all the downtown restaurants and Snow King. The fantastic amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub and several firepits. The lobby is beautiful and modern, but it's the rooms that really elevate this motel. We stayed in a huge king suite which included a large bedroom with a king bed, desk, big screen TV and bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious, and the appliances are new. It has pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, blender, and coffee maker. There is a large counter for eating, and the adjacent living room has a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa and another big screen TV. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. The modern decorations are fun, and the entire suite is very inviting. The staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful, and there is a restaurant on site. Scott and his team did an excellent job of making us feel at home. We'll definitely stay here anytime we're in Jackson.

We were here for a hockey tournament and the team stayed at this hotel. Staff were friendly, checking in and out was quick, and this hotel actually still offers housekeeping services daily. The pools were great and the atmosphere was wonderful.

This location is perfect for exploring everything the Jackson Hole area has to offer between being very walkable and close to bus stops. I love that they have dedicated in-room gear storage and lots of hooks for outdoor adventurers, and the pools/hot tubs, laundry, and JHMR shuttle were nice amenities. The sink was a bit awkward for washing your face, the bed was softer than I personally prefer, and sound definitely travels between rooms, but fortunately people seemed to respect the quiet hours. Overall a great value and I enjoyed my stay.

We were excited to go to MMM and our Jackson Vacation. Our flight was cancelled and delayed due to weather, and there was no consideration or any sort of accommodation for the 320 dollars we had spent on a room that night, despite the fact that we had every intention of going. So we lost a day and a half, and that sort of ruined all of our big plans - the day of our departure we had no hot water the whole day which ruined any residual plans we had before our departing flight. Despite giving us a late checkout after ruining the morning, there was nothing done for compensation or inconvenience. The general manager who graciously left the phone number in our room for concerns was no where to be found and does not answer their phone. There are no managers on site to talk about any issues. Maintenance came into our room and had no idea how to fix the issue, asking us where the water heater was? Would have been a cool place to stay otherwise if the staff actually cared.

We loved our stay at Mountain Modern and were blown away by the exceptional service. Five-star service at a Two-star price. Cozy room with everything we could need in the kitchen. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Jackson.
