Great location, new building, kept very clean. You are within walking distance of the restaurants and boats. Would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus picked us up from train station and dropped us off two days later at the cruise terminal.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Clean and comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast and all window high ceiling dining room. Brewery in the evening and appetizers. Stay here for cruise transfers and eat at Ray’s Waterfront seafood. Shop for last minute items at the Fish House like a real rain jacket that the locals use for $80.

I was not very happy that the check-in staff didn't try very hard to satisfy my request to be on a higher floor with a harbor view. We were assigned a room on the first floor abutting a main thoroughfare. Although I thought I had made those requests through Booking.com, I didn't see them in my records. Since we were booked for the Major Marine Tours - Kenai Fjords Cruise, which operates out of the 360 Degrees Hotel, we would have been much better off there.

Beautifully designed and decorated, clean, and expertly staffed hotel well located near the Seward Boat harbor. There are several hotels in the boat harbor area catering to tourists and fisherman, but this one is clearly superior. Our family benefited from the caring and dedicated staff that made our stay a joy. The breakfast had great variet and was very tasty. The dining area had amazing views. Definitely recommend....

A good size room with all the basic amenities. The rooms are well kept. The Wi-Fi however, was not upto the mark. Another shortcoming at this location was a restaurant for dining. But definitely one of the good places for tourists in Seward. The staff at the hotel was very courteous which made the shortcomings look insignificant.
