A decent comfortable hotel. Our room was decent size. The A/C worked well. The staff were friendly. Food in the restaurant was tolerable. A decent value. Waterton is a nice town & the lake is great. Cons: the rooms & hotel are dated. The beds were a little saggy.

We stayed here with our tour group. Location was great, near a variety of restaurants & places for a quick light meal. The breakfast buffet was average & open early for our group. Our room was on the 1st floor thankfully. We had 2 comfortable queen beds, newer laminate flooring and bathroom fixtures. The wall heater was a bit tricky to regulate however. After getting the room suffocatingly hot we left it off and were comfortable all night. There were deer roaming the grounds and a gorgeous waterfall a short walk from the lodge.

Stayed here with our tour group. The facility is broken into about 4 lodges with maybe 7-8 rooms per lodge on two floors. No elevator. A bit outdated but comfortable. Good location within Waterton Lakes. Close to the water, shops & restaurants. The restaurant associated with it (Vimi's) had a nice breakfast buffet but the dinner that we had was below average.

I was very lucky to find something available at the last minute. I had a chance to order from their restaurant as well as go around the town. The only thing I did not enjoy is that I did not get a tub. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay!
