We rented a room for a little getaway and it was perfect. We wanted to avoid people, bring a puppy, have a kitchen, fireplace and have a private hot tub! This place checked all these boxes and we loved it. Our pup got a toy but not a dog bed/dish but that is ok as we had them with us. The staff was fantastic and the maintenance guy was so friendly and everyone loved the pup! They supply firewood which was awesome. I agree the place could use some work but for us it was perfect! We brought all our food and drink so didn't need to go anywhere except for a hike and a few nice walks or morning workout runs. The kitchen was well stocked and covered most things which was great. One thing but this is with all rentals the frying pans are terrible! I should have brought one as this is always the case. We did bring our air fryer and a blender too so we ate and drank well!

We as a family of 4 spent 2 nights here at the of March. It was fairly busy here and a lack of parking. We had our dog and the room provided a dog bed, dog bowl and a dog toy. This is the first place I ever been that has amenities for pets. The room was dated and very dusty. It is clear that the housekeepers just do the basic cleaning. There was a lot of dust on the TVs and ledges. Due to Covid, you could book the pool or hot tub for 25 mins. Overall great family getaway and very pet friendly.

The room is neat and kinda outdated . Our room had a fireplace and we didn’t use it, we went out for dinner and returned to our room all covered in smoke like someone had a bonfire. We opened the door and windows right away. We called the front desk and someone came to check in a heartbeat so kodus to the staff here. We appreciate the staff here for doing their best to make guests comfortable during this pandemic. Otherwise we had a very relaxing stay and the view here is magnificent and we enjoyed the hot pool. We will definitely come back and we recommended this place to our families and friends as well., plus we love Banff!❤️..

My go too place to stay in Banff I’ve stayed here 8 times in 5 years and it never disappoints this was our first time staying in the one bedroom ground floor units and it was brilliant, very specious and has everything you could ever need. Of course there is the covid restrictions for the hot tub but if your not picky with times then just call and see what they can offer we got to use the pool at 8.30am and the hot tub at 2pm when the resort was quite.
