We are currently staying at the Hidden ridge resort. We got the whole week for under 700$ witch in the mountains is very hard to do. The room we are in has a wood burning fire, a large size fridge, pull out couch, nice sized kitchen, and the most amazing views from our walk out patio. The only bad thing about the rooms is the lack for storage for clothing. We are here a week and I hate living out of a bag. The rooms seems a little dated but I like that look when it comes to the mountains. THE STAFF: From the minute I called to book the trip they were more then welcoming. We also wanted the room done up with rose peddles and such and they were more then willing. When we decided we wanted to stay an extra night we talked with the staff at the front and they were so helpful in finding us the best rate. Though you don't get any room cleaning during your stay you can ask for whatever you need and they will bring it right over. The hot tub and warm pool are amazing! This will be our go to spot from here on out!

This waa beautiful place surrounded by the mountains. We were in a lodge with two rooms and a loft bedroom . It was spacious , comfortable and cozy . Also was very clean and included all amenties and.kitchen utensils .. Advice to travellers with kids and seniors , please carry food supplies from an on the way shop. Because there are no super markets around . However there are nice restaurants within 10 mts drive.

Thus is the spot...

Thanks to Natalie and crew !...from check in to check out... whole trip was wonderful. We had the premium king suite with loft bedroom and hot tub on our deck. As others state some rooms are showing their age but if you like a rustic kinda get away then this will be if no concern. Every amenity you need ( we managed fine with what was in our kitchen during Covid)...the free firewood and the hot tub was all we needed....well done team!.....

First time at this resort and our family enjoyed it. We use to always go to Douglas Fir Resort, and decided to try Hidden Ridge. It was good choice. We booked a one bedroom condo and it almost has the same layout as Dougla Fir Chalets. Due to Covid 19 which makes things challenging, the staff handles it very well. Pool and hot tub capacity is reduced, staff manges it well so every one has a chance to use facilities. Recommend using it in afternoon, it is always available. Plenty of parking which includes indoor parking. Kitchenette is well equipped along with outdoor grills to make you own meals. Only thing I would recommend to resort is to stay on top off their icy sidewalks for Guest safety. Most walks were clear but our path to the underground parkade steps were Icy for the two days we were here. Definately will come back, modern rooms, wood burning fireplace, free wood and friendly staff.

Good for the price

For what you pay, this place has decent value. It's close to town and a comfortable atmosphere. The units aren't anything special. In fact, ours was a little beat up with stains on one of the couches, several holes in a closet door, etc. BUT, I also don't expect that coming here. You know you're going to get average, so as long as that's your expectation it does the trick.
