Excellent service from the front desk and all the staff. The room was clean and perfect, the breakfast could be a little better but it was fine.
The day I left, I had 6 hours to explore around before my bus arrived and they kept my luggage at the office without any cost after my check out.
9.5/10 I definitely would stay again here at Mountaineer Lodge.

This Lodge was a really nice resting place for a night! It is tucked away amongst many trees and is surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas. The staff was very friendly and professional and very helpful about things to do in the area. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy access as well to the highway, close to Lake Louise ski hill, too!

Great hotel if you are looking to stay in Lake Louise. Clean, friendly, awesome hot tub and great breakfast included. It was fun as lots of other people from Louise to share your day with and have a drink. Close to mall and other restaurants as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay here. Room was clean, I liked the under-counter motion detection lighting in the bathroom (I didn't have to use full lighting at night), bed was comfortable and to top it off they provide a full breakfast (bacon, eggs, potato patties, etc.). Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and fuelled us on our adventures, and we enjoyed cookies, tea and a hot tub after our adventures! Can't wait to stay here again! It was super convenient to take the Roam bus from Canmore, then Banff and to take the bus up to the lake - no cars were required.
