Perfect location, excellent service at the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. You can hike to Lake Louise from there (about 5km). The trails are beautiful. I would recommend to anyone!

Hairs and dirty left in shower, garbage in ice bucket, more hairs on quilt and pillow. Noisy neighbour upstairs running around, poorly soundproofed. Wouldn't recommend staying here, very disappointed.

We did not consider that for $300 per night our room would have no A/C. The food was sub-par, and the rooms old and dated. The front desk staff was helpful though, and everything in the rooms was nice and clean. I would be happy to stay here for $125.

Very old and expensive! We visited during the heatwave in July 2021. The heating system was still on in some parts of the lodge! The bathroom is a disaster. Tub doesn't drain. No water pressure. Water temp fluctuates randomly. Bathroom fan is extremely noisy.

The rooms are newly updated, and the beds are super comfy. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful/ happy. The breakfast is an added bonus and was a great place to stay overnight after our road bike ride on the 1A. The train tracks are nearby, but cannot be heard from the rooms, and the village is directly across the road.
