Comfy stay. My only issue was not having phone charging ports near the bed. We had to unplug the lamp and clock. Friendly staff and kids loved the pool.

Great location. Great staff and amazing food and service. Rooms spacious and very clean. Needs a slight makeover to modern rooms but this is happening. Love this hotel great views at breakfast. Fab cocktails amd fire

Staff were super accommodating with requests. Every interaction we had with hotel staff was polite, friendly and effective. We liked the pool facilities and enjoyed having a room right upstairs while attending an event in the ballroom.
Rooms were refreshed regularly.

Rooms are great, staff is super nice. Travel a lot so I’m a snob but I have to admit for the money it’s a great value. Would stay again. Pool is nice. Be prepared to spend a lot of money in town tho. Food is not worth the price. All in all banff is nice.
