I liked this hotel and would stay again but just be prepared for wifi to cost extra, same for parking and coffee refills. I got publicly yelled at by a manager in the restaurant for getting a coffee refill because I didn’t know they weren’t included unless I paid for the over 30$ breakfast. Not a good look for a hotel that’s trying to be upscale, and was unfortunate to end my stay on the last morning by being loudly shamed for not being able to afford breakfast in front of people attending the event I was at.

Each quest was well looked after. Hotel clean and staff very friendly. We had a group booking for 13 rooms and each was accommodated for accordingly. Hotel is close (walking distance) to all shops and restaurants. Parking was a bit of a challenge with most of our quests in trucks that would not fit in designated underground parking. Would definitely book here again, our booking agent was awesome to work with.

since when do hotels offer different services a la carte? in this day and age, wifi should be an automatic and not a cash grab. even a motel 6 offers free wifi....the explanation given was the hotel was a la carte, seriously? more like a la cash grab.
