fourth time back and always a good experience. if you want quiet and get back into nature this is the place for you. the best part is that there are no vehicles allowed up the hill which adds to the quiet.

The guest parking is 1 km away which causes confusion. A lot of work to get luggage and ski gear to the guest room from the registration desk with no help from staff. The setting is beautiful, which made our stay memorable despite of the challenges with the check in process.

Having visited in summer previously, we were excited to spend a weekend in the winter. We enjoyed snowshoeing around/across the lake, the outdoor hot tub, and especially the wood burning fireplace in our room. As always, the food and drinks were excellent!

Average facility that needs maintenance and repair. Food was great and staff is fairly helpful. But over priced for what you get. The location is amazing. When we got there we phoned for 30 mins and no one would pick up to send the shuttle. Breakfast buffet never had food so order off the menu. Dinner was amazing.

This property has the potential to be incredible with the scenic views & quiet surroundings. Unfortunately the are some areas of opportunity in the service department & could benefit from informing brand new guests on the check in process. Basic rooms are very small, but if you can look past the coat & space issue the wood burning fireplaces are a very nice perk. Would 100% recommend as a place to visit for day activities.
