We spent 4 nights in the Post Hotel and saw the sights in the Lake Louise vicinity. Went hiking at Emerald Lake, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon and Lake Louise. The post was the perfect home base. Enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and steam room on the rainy day. The Outpost Pub was the perfect place to watch 2 of the Raptor finals. Nice listening to the river flowing beside the hotel.

We stayed 2 nights here and it was a wonderful experience. The quaint mid-afternoon tea service, the amazing spa facilities and most of all; the awesome service gave us a very memorable experience that we will treasure forever. Everyone was great from the front doormen to the managers. The comfy robes and the welcoming front desk made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

I have been to this hotel many times before, and it just keeps getting better and better. If you want personalised service you will not find better. If you want a wine list to tax your knowledge of wine - it is right here. And if you want a menu and cuisine to satisfy your culinary desires - it is here also

What a delightful place to stay!! We so enjoyed the Temple Cabin that was located close to the water, as well as the DELICIOUS dinner with Scott as our server (Scott was great at recommending what appetizer and desserts would pair nicely with our main course). The Post Hotel & Spa is a beautiful place to stay. It's quiet and charming in an elegant rustic way. High end amenities as well (Nespresso maker in the Temple Cabin, as well as L'Occitane and Aveda products and wonderful robes and slippers). Treated like royalty! We hope to get to stay here again! Simply delightful!

We made a long awaited visit to the Post Hotel and we really enjoyed it. However it is dated and does not have many amenities that newer places have (coffee, small fridges, patios). We were next to the railway tracks and had to leave the screen door open all night to cool the room down. The toilet flooded in the morning with not that much tissue in it! I mention all this as we were paying Lake Louise prices (350$ plus per night)!
