Have stayed here several times over the last 10yrs or so . It’s a lovely friendly hotel with 3 restaurants. The loft rooms are really nice with a full kitchen including dish washer and large fridge freezer .

Great location for access to mountains

A good option for Lake Louise, as not too many choice here. Booked via the hotel website directly for the less expensive 'no refund' room. In the Pinery building, next to main one with lobby and pool etc. The beds and pillows were very very comfortable, lots of hooks and hanging space for damp ski clothes. Bathroom clean, slight bad odour, perhaps from the shower curtain. Kettle in room helpful as we had our own coffee / mugs / filters and oatmeal for breakfast. Room is a bit tired but clean and comfy. They were not full, so noise was not a problem, walls are thin. Pool and changing area very clean. I will book here again. Quick access to Icefields Parkway for skiing. Meals are very expensive in LL, regardless of where you go. Walk to Peyto's cafe across the street at the hostel for good budget meals.

Wonderful location, very relaxed setting. Service was very good, food was too. Price was fair we will come back another time. Pool was fun for the kids. Just need larger hot tube for Adults. Max 6 people is not very many.

Don't waste your mountain time looking for a parking spot.

Upon arrival we were directed to the back of the hotel property to find our room. Parking was a nightmare, ended up having to park next to a snowbank on the side of the laneway. Newly renovated room opened to the outside instead of interior hallway (not communicated on website) and had an adjoining door. We could hear absolutely everything the guests in the room next door were doing. Ended up calling to switch rooms. The net room suited us with no adjoining door and having to use the main hotel entrance to gain access. Again, parking was a nightmare. Restaurant buffet was adequate, we used it both mornings of our stay. The parking was major inconvenience for us though. Wouldn't stay here again tbh.
