Great location in a calm and quiet area. The junior suite was recently renovated and had everything to allow a private stay especially during this Covid era. Proximity to ski hill was great as well to grocery store.

Our kids LOVED the bunk room. Lots of storage for ski and skating gear. Very clean and guest services was really responsive with asks for cookware and other items that are kept out of rooms due to COVID. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a great first trip and we will be back for our next family ski trip!

The Lake Louise Inn is a convenient and relatively inexpensive place for a few nights' stay. Close to the village and the cross country ski trails and we had a comfortable room with a kitchen so were able to stay safe in these difficult times.

A great stay even with Covid 19 restrictions in place. Good Covid protocols in place. Temperature checks at check-in were very reassuring. Staff very helpful as usual. Take-out only and eat in rooms, which didn't bother us. Allow 40 minutes to 1 hour when ordering take-out. NB pool and restaurants closed due to Covid 19, but not an issue for us.

This hotel serves food to guests as take out only, and only between 5pm - 10pm. This is due to Covid restrictions. However, neither the front desk or restaurant answered the phone for 45 mins. This was at 5pm. Eventually we got frustrated and walked from a satellite building to the main building to place our food order. There was no line up at the front desk or at the restaurant. There was no fridge in our room to store any food purchased from the gas station. Most of the people in our building left their food outside on the ground to keep it cold. There is nowhere within 40Kms to buy breakfast and lunch except the skill hill. The grocery store in the town is closed but for some reason you can still buy alcohol.
