We had a lovely, clean, warm room with a superb bed. A nice and warm bath before bedtime and then off to a very good sleep. Didn’t hear any noises, slept very well. We were hoping our rv was ready, wasn’t, so once again we went back to the hotel and had a very warm welcome by the staff. Ever so kind and helpfull. Thank you very much. Different room this night, also very clean and the same comfy bed. @Team, thank you very much! Kind regards, Rolf & Barbara

This hotel is well situated to walk to the centre of town with all its restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly. We had 2 minor issues in our room, which maintenance resolved extremely quickly. We sampled breakfast, which was tasty with generous portion sizes.

Excellent view, convenient room but would try other option next time

Some things that make me want to try a different hotel next time: wood construction means there’s tons of noise from people thumping in the halls and floor above. Check-in was average, slow. “Reservation” was just full prepayment and nonreturnable, an uncomfortable risk when touring so we did without. But then when we got to the Crimson the only available rate was $40 higher. I was hoping for a better deal since it’s off--season.

The views of the mountains are amazing and the hot tub is very relaxing after a day of exploring this beautiful National Park.

Our alternative was to park on the street a couple blocks away and lug our baggage and stuff to and from. Not a super secure feeling about your vehicle.
Otherwise, overpriced but worth it!
