Would not recommend this place at all. We picked it because we were travelling with our pup and they are pet friendly. Online it says that they provide all these things for your pup, such as a take home toy, but none of that was provided. The rooms are not as pictured online. Very small, dated and dirty (lots of silverfish bugs). The first 1 bedroom condo we got had mold in it. It was so bad I had to go to the front desk to request another room as I was having trouble breathing. Our second room still smelt musty, but wasn't AS bad. Looking back we should have just asked for a refund and left. The wood that they charged us $8 for a small bundle was so wet it wouldn't burn at all. We left it in our condo and they said they processed the refund, but they didn't. At 9:30pm they steam cleaned the carpets above us, and we got to listen to industrial fans the rest of the night. The pull out couch was full of dirt and crumbs, and we had to again go to the front desk to request bedding as that was not provided, even though our reservation was for 4 people. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant on site either ,food was overpriced and bland. Was not worth the $250 a night at all.

Great infrastructure and friendly staff at the front desk. However, housekeeping is just upon request, which they had not told at check in and thus we were two days before the cleaning staff showed up. The hot tub and pool area isn't the cleanest neither. We were in the Wolf suit with a nice kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a fire pit. Firewood is purchased separately. What was nice is the free shuttle from the hotel to Lake Louise. We were picked up first (before other hotels) and dropped us first at the end of the day.

Stayed here 30 years ago so were a little wary, especially with some of the very negative reviews posted on TA recently. This is still an excellent family resort, great location and clean accommodation. Kitchen could be better equipped, but overall an excellent stay! Excellent, helpful and responsive staff.

This is the third time that we have stayed at this resort. It is a great location, very nice and quiet but easy access to the town and to Highway 1. The bus for Lake Louise leaves right from the resort so it is great for skiers and snowboarders. They also have a shuttle to and from town so you do not have to drive. The pool and hot tub and nice and there are changing rooms provided. There is also a small cafe and bar on site. This is a great place for families. Love the fireplace in the units and there is firewood available for purchase.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and a deep clean. It‘s probably in the top 3 of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. We had two bedrooms on the ground floor. Both were very run down and not clean, including stains and hairs in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. We didn’t even want to touch carpet or couch because it was covered in stains. It‘s one of those places where you don‘t want to start looking closer because you will discover even more disgusting things. The rooms were also a little smelly and cold. The windows were not closed properly when we arrived and we had issues closing them properly when we tried - this made us feel quite unsafe as it was a ground floor unit. The only positive thing I can mention is that the staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Overall, I definetly would not stay here again and I also cannot recommend it to others. It‘s an extremly overpriced hotel for what you get.
