The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We received great service from Kelly at the front desk at check in. He answered a couple questions about the area and gave a couple suggestions for places to eat. We were really happy with the rib restaurant we chose.

Good for the price!

Breakfast was served in the foyer and was a little basic but the hot options were good as was the unlimited coffee. Service was with a smile. Only downside was the incredibly noisy air cond as it was impossible to sleep with it on.

The breakfast was pretty good, they provided orange, yogurt which I liked. They also provided hot breakfast like sausage and eggs.
It's a good location to visit Joshua tree national park.

Perfect for a wellness retreat, including a pool as warm as a hot tub

Parking was plentiful with easy access to and from the main road. The exterior is clean and inviting, as is the lobby. The service at check in couldn't have been better. Occupancy was low so the hotel was so quiet. It was quite peaceful. The room was in good working order with only a few blemishes. The bed was comfortable and the silence made it easy to sleep soundfully. I especially appreciated the Keurig coffeemaker, microwave and nice-sized refrigerator, and wall-mounted bath amenities. My favorite thing was the pool. It was so warm it reminded me of the thermally-heated pool at a hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. It was actually about the same temperature as the "hot tub," and the jets in the spa worked well. Knowing I could dip into the heated pools after dark, at the end of a long day hiking, was the thing I will remember most about this hotel.

Great location for a visit to Joshua Tree

Kudos to him (the evening of Dec 30). We were shocked to hear about a national food shortage at breakfast, and that being the reason for no hot food.. other than that, we had a good experience.
