Had a ten day break at the lodge for a ski holiday. Great amenities and friendly staff. 20min walk into Banff or a local bus service which is only a couple of dollars. Nice breakfast. Well equipped rooms with coffee facilities. Nice outdoor spa and gym

I stayed one night, the hotel it was easy to find, close to downtown Banff, with lovely views. Room could do with some updating (carpet and some furniture), but it was clean with free parking. Ate at the restaurant, breakfast was not that great.

Worst experience ever in Banff .. I have stayed in many hotels in downtown Banff and they are much better with more facilities in the room. This hotel is outdated except for their front desk and restaurant. Specially there restaurant manager that guy who takes your booking and sits you is arrogant and I am sure he is not from hospitality background as there is no sense of hospitality in him.

Very nice rooms. Incredible views. Close but not too close to town. There is a very nice hiking trail about 1 mile up the road from the hotel. Plus there is a set of stairs at the trail area and you can walk down the stairs to go into the town of Banff. Very nice.

The 8 Peaks Dinner
& Wine Pairing was incredible. Superb food, great wines, knowledgeable staff and great company. The venue was amazing. Can’t wait for the next one:)
I also love this please is pet friendly with lovely rooms! Lovely treat for our four legged friend.
