Booked a room for a family emergency this was the only accommodations available in town. We were not allowed to check in before the 4pm time due to the staff stating the rooms were not clean. We arrived in town at 3pm and were hoping to get in our room before having to go deal with family. The card keys didn't open the outside doors from the parking lot we were told they were having issues so we had to walk all the way around each time we went out. The one nice thing about the stay was the Jacuzzi and especially the adult hours without kids around.

Lovely stay! The front desk person was really really nice. The breakfast was great, and they had a rooftop terrace. Didn’t use pool, but that looked really nice as well. Bed was very soft, almost too soft, but had multiple pillow firmness options. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, kind staff, great rooms. I always choose this hotel to stay at when in the area for work. I like to have my morning coffee on the rooftop patio. They also open the pool area late for adults only. 10/10 recommend this place. :)

Nice looking hotel from outside but needing an update inside. It’s a wooden building and so sound is an issue the temperature control is very noisy and the room itself was noisy with upstairs noise and hallway noise we also heard the water running down our walls (pipes) when rooms around us were using the shower, sink or toilet. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast room was small and crowded, no seating available for people arriving for breakfast. Breakfast was not great and parents allowed their children to serve themselves which meant long waits and touching of food. Staff were very nice. We stayed to catch a ferry in Port Angeles and likely would stay elsewhere next time. Or stay on a higher floor.

We had a quick overnight stay here - but it was a nice hotel and stay. The hotel was in a good location for our road trip. Seemed very new and clean. Quiet! The breakfast was rather basic - but what we expected. Would stay again if in area.
