From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and the most helpful reception team! Information on shuttles recommendations for restaurants and sights to see! Being my 1st time here and traveling alone, I so appreciated how informative and friendly they all were, From reception to breakfast staff! There was a full buffet breakfast also! I wish I had known there was a Best Western in Zion! I stayed at the Quality Inn in Springdale.. It was the complete opposite of this experience! Horrific staff! I didn't realize how much they could make or break your vacation.. Thank you Best Western! you and your staff were better than the Hilton also😀

We stayed in 6 highly rated, comparable hotels in our 2,000 mile tour of the region. This hotel was the best overall, and our favorite. We enjoyed the personable service, beautiful lodgelike facility, comfortable room (queen suite), complete hot breakfast, and convenient location. We felt like family guests in a home. We would go out of our way to stay here again!

Great stay close to Bryce Canyon Park.

Hotel was great, staff was helpful and nice. The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast had many options and was good under the circumstances. The hotel is about 10 mins away from Bryce Canyon Park. Would stay here again!

This hotel was fantastic. There were 4 adults in our room. The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very large. Even with covid they had a fantastic breakfast. It was served cafeteria style. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend this Best Western Plus. It is the best Best Western we have stayed in. I am a gold member with Best Western so I have stayed at may Best Western hotels and this one was the best ever.

Pros: Nice pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast cafeteria style with hot food, fruit, yogurt, and cereal, served from behind plexiglass. Cons: Asked for a room away from elevator and ice machine and gt a room right across from elevator, as all king bed rooms are there, which I was not made aware of. Turned out the AC was so freakin’ noisy we couldn’t hear elevators, the AC kept us awake instead. Lovely view of RV park (said no one ever). Room not clean. Hair stuck to tissue holder and for some reason purple washcloth in toilet bowl. Gross! Called and they sent a maintanance guy up to remove washcloth. Apparently thought we would not be in the room as he showed up without a mask, as required by Best Western policy. Sent him away to get one—what am I, his mom? Saw other staff going into rooms not wearing masks also. Asked about this at front desk but they were evasive, probably because many of them were not wearing masks or wearing them below nose. They were behind plexiglass so not a big deal except they ignored Best Western policy. If you worry about Covid get an AirBNB instead. Be aware that there is no restaurant open here, you have to go to Ruby’s Inn or into Tropic. Friday night could not even get take out, restaurants were “too busy” to do takeout. Ate leftovers from our snacks and sandwich stuff. Unless you can’t live without a pool, or don’t care about noise, cleanliness, or Covid precautions, look around for a better choice.something
