Good with some minor laundry issues

This was a good place for us. It was close to the park. The breakfast was good and nice. The rooms were a good size and clean. I would recommend staying here. Two out of four washers and three out of six dryers were out of order. The tip jars at breakfast were tacky. The pool is a lot smaller than appears in the stock hotel images but still looked nice.

Beware Breakfast man in charge. Our Grand daughter thought he was a homeless man, he had on a camouflage hat and clothes and just looked like a vagrant. He sat down checking people in. When our turn came, he had a mouthful of food. I asked a question, he stood up and stuck his face one foot from mine, and I could see the food in his mouth as he started to speak. I backed away and said I do not want what you are eating! What a poor representative of Best Western!!!3 or 4 2 or 3 year olds in jacuzzi and could see diapers on one.

Uncosy, unfriendly, I did not like anything about this hotel. You can find much cheaper en cosier in this area. It is to extpensieve for what you get. The breakfast is not good and too may people in an small uncosy breakfast area. The only good thing is 2 sinks in the bathroom.

The room was nice and spacious, clean. Chech in staff was friendly but distracted with so many people checking in. Offered us the complementary water but never gave it to us. Didn't mention breakfast times but told us the door to go through to enter close to our room sometimes didn't work, and it didn't. An exit door that doesn't work going in or out. In case of fire, don't go that way. Breakfast was fabulous. So much food, fresh and many choices. Only issue, it was a huge place and it was packed. People were eating in an overflow room down the hall. The TV in our room had 3 black lines across the screen.

Very good experience overall. Wide clean rooms with smart TV, good complementary breakfast with many tasty options, professional staff. This place is a little expensive when compared to other 3 star accommodations near national parks but the experience is a notch above.
