Motel was very clean and friendly staff. Overcharged at check in but assured they will fix it. Bed was a little firm and pillows small and flat. Water in shower cycled from hot to cold. Tv was awesome. Breakfast good but long wait in line. Very close to airport if you need that. Hot tub was cold. Would stay again hoping negatives were flukes.

Hotel blamed us for broken bed
We are local and were in the hotel for staycation: a few hours to enjoy the pool. Checked in around 1 p.m., checked out at 7:30 p.m. same day. Most of the time swimming or gone for dinner. Never damaged anything. Hotel called later and claimed that we broke the bed. Said the bed was broken previously and replaced with new bed. We felt that hotel must have replaced the wrong bed such that our bed was still broken. Didn't appear broken when we were there. We are a family of four, heaviest one being 150 pounds, and nobody jumped on the bed. Been staying in hotels for over 10 years and has never been accused of any such thing. Rather insulted.
We stayed there a few weeks ago and didn't have a problem. Hotel is very nice otherwise, has a slide at the pool for the kids. Very clean, with friendly staff and airport view. But now we probably won't go back for a while.

Felt Like Home
Walter took our reservations by phone before arrival. It was 6 days before Christmas and music was playing softly on the outside which was tastefully decorated. He greeted my husband and me at the desk for check-in. Right away I knew we had made the right decision to stay here. It was to be our home for the next 7 days. Walter made me feel like this was 'his' home & that we were very special, awaited guests. It was a difficult trip with a very ill daughter who's fighting a deadly cancer. Walter ALWAYS greeted us by name, with a warm smile, grateful to see us! It made a challenging time lighter. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Let me start by saying WOW! This hotel was Beautiful! Along with the beautiful views that Montana had to offer, the best part of our stay would have to be the front desk agent. Walter was so helpful with any and all questions and concerns I had. He definitely represents everything about hospitality! We love Walter!

Friendly, convenient, comfy, clean!
This modern hotel is right next to the Glacier Int’l Airport so it’s beyond convenient! There is a rustic lodge vibe inside where in the lobby you’ll find a massive gas fireplace and comfortable seating. We had both separate one-nighters here this trip, one with just my hubby and I (king room) and the other with us and our teenage son (suite). Both were clean and comfy rooms. Beds were quite comfy for a hotel! Very ample bathroom counter space. We met 2 different front desk staff and both were cordial and helpful (Amber and Walter). The two staff at breakfast were also great (Sheryl and Topher)! During Covid, instead of typical continental breakfast, you tell staff what you’d like and they get it for you. They have a good variety of foods! You can stay there and eat with social distancing of course. Our first room facing the Highway was a bit noisy in the early AM but our suite facing the airport was very quiet. We didn’t use either their pool or hot tub, but could have called for reservation times (Covid). Overall very pleasant and Airport-convenient place to stay and we’ll be back!
