We spent three nights here as a jumping off point for Glacier National Park and other sights. This is my favorite hotel of the trip. It's right outside the airport, and they do have a shuttle. I wish we had started in Bozeman and ended here, it's easier to get to the airport and it would have been nice to cap off the trip with the mountains. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, right off the highway for easy access to Kalispell or to the park. Staff was extraordinarily nice, usually reception is perfunctorily polite but makes no real impression. These folks were pleasant and engaged and just really seemed to care. The breakfast room was managed exceptionally well by Cheryl, who greeted us each morning and engaged guests in conversation about where they're from and what they've seen. Breakfast was nice, different types of eggs each day, breakfast meats, waffles, fruit, the whole shebang. Real plates and cups too, not Styrofoam plates like most places I've been. There is also a nice little patio to sit outside and drink your Montana wine. The whole experience was a very nice start to our trip, and I would love to stay here again.

We stayed for one night as we were passing through on our way home. My wife had found this place and saw good reviews and so we decided to book. We were very happy we did. The hotel itself and our room was very clean. The beds comfortable (pillows were horrible but what hotel pillows aren’t) the staff were all very kind. Their pool was great!! Kids loved the water slide. The breakfast was very good as well. Lots of choices and good tasting food. We will definitely be back!!

This hotel was previously operating as the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Kalispell-Glacier Lodge. Around November 2022, I made a booking for 1 night (for June 2023). Because I always double check my reservations before I travel, I found that this hotel now goes by the Glacier International Lodge name. I called the hotel today and they said they would NOT honor the reservation I made almost 4 months ago since they were no longer affilitated with Radisson. They placed the blame on Radisson and said that I should have been called 3 months ago when the hotel changed names/brands. Whether this is the hotel's issue or Radisson's issue doesn't matter to me as the customer. I have now spent almost 45 minutes of my valuable time going back and forth between each company, trying to get a resolution to my issue. You should not inconvenience customers when your hotel changes names/brands!

While searching for accommodations near Kalispell, I found listings for Country Inn & Suites but was unable to find reservations for it online. It turns out that it has converted to Glacier International Lodge and is no longer affiliated with Radisson. You just need to search for this facility under its new name. I think it is still a good choice, and is competitively priced.

I love this place! My 3rd stay in 2 months and the experience is always GREAT! The breakfast has great options for all appetites, the fitness center is clean and has plenty of options for staying fit. The pool and spa are kept very tidy & clean. Rooms and common areas are always been clean and quiet when it is time to rest.
