The campsites are beautiful and well maintained and everyone on staff was accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the extraordinary views of Mt. Rushmore from the observation deck in the evening with a glass of wine and while enjoying breakfast every morning. Beds were comfortable and the tent was clean - we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying at other locations!

Paid extra for a private bathroom but shower wouldn't shut off and water had to be shut off. Although the issue was resolved the next day, no discount was offered for the inconvenience. At this price point I expect better.

Really cool unique experience setting cannot be beat with Mount Rushmore in the background staff was extremely friendly food is very good the rooms are very cool and I enjoyed it immensely

We loved “camping” at Under the Canvas. Our tent had a shower and bathroom amenities. Everything was clean! Loved sitting outside looking at Mt Rushmore while having breakfast. Also we were able to see the lighting of the monument at night. Of course my daughter loved s’mores by the fire and plenty of board games!

Pricier than our usual hotels, but a fun, different experience with our teen grandson. Food was hot and ample, service was prompt and friendly. Our dog was welcome everywhere.
