Not very clean and our tent was very noisy next to the road so every time a car came or went their headlights blasted into our tent and the sound of tires on gravel deafened us. We left a day early and the staff did nothing to remediate our poor experience.
Somewhat disappointing

The tents were a little close together, so you can hear those next to you. The food and drinks were average at best with a premium price. They need a separate bar for “happy hour” - you have to order from the food line. Need more outside activities and updated board games - some were just plain dirty.

Everyone loved watching the stars in the stargazer tent, and the kids were thrilled to have their own tent. The beds were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. We're already thinking about staying at other Under Canvas locations in the future.
Reasons for selecting this ended in disappointment.

1. To be able to stargaze from the bed. Sadly, 45% of the view was obstructed by a tree.
2. To get excercise by walking around the path on the beautiful lake that was shown on their website's Youtube video. Upon arrival we found out that it was not on their property. It is Lake Sylvan which is 40 minutes away.
Unique experience
