We had such a restful stay and loved returning to the RP. The good remains wonderful, the pillows still the best in the west and the service was friendly. The location within walking distance to downtown Jackson was ideal for our visit with friends during out stay.

Amazing place, awesome service.

We loved staying at the Rusty Parrot. The food was delicious, the spa service was outstanding. Very comfortable beds. This place does things right and it’s the little extras like coffee, cider and cookies each morning and night that sets it apart. Will, the Bellman, did a great job when we needed a fire in our room. Great trip and Rusty Parrot Lodge was a big part of that. The entire staff has been trained very well on superior customer service.

The Rusty Parrot Lodge was an oasis providing excellent service, a top notch room and a five star restaurant. It was in walking distance from all of the shops, art galleries and historic attractions in Jackson. Guides for skiing, snow mobile excursions and tours of the area picked you up in the front lobby and brought you back at days end; a delicious meal was always waiting, A wonderful trip.

Amazing long weekend

We had the BEST weekend at the Rusty Parrot. It was our first stay, and over the course of the weekend we met several other guests who had been there three, four, five times before, and we quickly realized why. All the sweet touches - like the wood burning fireplace in our room that the “fire concierge” lit for us upon request (which was at least twice daily), a different batch of homemade cookies by the library fire every afternoon, and the overall total friendliness of every single staff member just made for a wonderful stay. We had been debating between the RPL and the Four Seasons, and we were definitely grateful we chose the RPL (we visited the Four Seasons after skiing for a drink, and while it was nice, the location and small-boutique vibe and little personal touches of the RPL made it the better choice). We were so sad to leave, and will absolutely be back!!

The heating system is quite complex, to the point that their night staff "Has not figured it out themselves yet" so we froze all night!!! They said to keep trying combinations and see if it eventually worked! Dissappointing for such a price!
