This is a nice place to stay. It has friendly staff and is clean, quiet and has beautiful views while sitting at the pool. It is also located near Arches NP. It is a short drive into town. I recommended it.

Don’t stay here!

Filthy, smelly hotel. The floors are sticky. A foul odor kept me awake. The free breakfast was inedible. The stairway up to guest rooms has had a cigarette butt, leaves and debris obviously not cleaned by housekeeping since ...? By the time I returned to my room in the afternoon housekeeping had services the room but didn’t even go into the bathroom. Dirty towels left in a pile to be removed were still there; the floor was still sticky even after is asked housekeeping to clean all the floors. Not only does the hotel and room smell of old dirt, but at certain times I’m the room smells of a septic tank. Disgusting place! On the good side, there are plenty of soaps in the bathroom, we had a kitchenette which was convenient and the front desk staff is friendly. This earns them 1 star.

Good choice

We chose this hotel based on location and it is very convenient to all local activities. The hotel itself is very nice including our room, the pool, the laundry area. The breakfast is included and offers an awesome buffet that changes daily. We did have an issue with our room reservation upon arrival but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. A great stay for our week in Moab.

Access, ambiance, availability, and at -ease are a few of the adjectives that I would use to describe this stay. The poolside was clean and spacious; play space for the kids and adults alike; and access to nearby state and national parks. The hot breakfast is incredibly generous, especially as you plan a busy day. Suggestions I would make would be to discontinue the basketball time earlier than 10 pm as star-gazing peace and quiet is interrupted and taller commodes.

This hotel is great- nice pool, large outdoor area with an open space area behind it, bbq grills, great location, nice rooms, & a good, hot breakfast. They also have a great playground, basketball hoops, and a little coffee shop. Lots of space for kids to play and run around.
