My family loved this place, the amenities are fantastic. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking and the coffee especially the flavored cream is awesome in the office. And a huge shout out to the staff everyone was superb especially Roman. I would highly recommended.

If you are looking for a honest place to stay while visiting Yellowstone the Hibernation Station in West Yellowstone is not it. I made a reservation in early 2024 for a September 2024 trip and soon afterward, we were faced with hardships that forced to cancel our trip. I made my original reservation off their website and I never received an itinerary so I had to called the hotel and they sent me a "picture" from their phone of their computer screen with my itinerary pulled up and that was for me to use as my proof. I should have known right then that I was dealing with a less than professional company. The itinerary did not give details about cancellation. I called in April to cancel my September trip. The woman who works the desk was extremely rude when I explained that I never was given their cancellation fee information she laughed in her "I smoked a thousand cigarettes in the last hour" voice, and told me that she was charging me a full $469.00 PLUS a cancellation "Tax Charge" lol, of $59.28 bringing that to a full $528.28- mind you this is 4 months in advance on when I was to stay there. I asked for her manager to call me, I wanted to explain to him all of this and to date I have not heard back. We had reservations at Old Faithful Inn, The Irma, Silver Gate and Headwaters and EVERY company gave me my money back minus an admin fee of either 25-25 dollars which I expected. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable, because if they are doing this to me they are doing it to others and if they are that desperate to take a full night cost plus a tax charge, the sheets on the bed are probably not washed either. Soo....take this warning for what it is worth to you.

Loved the cabin but wish ours had a table and chairs to eat at. And also missed a microwave. Most expensive overnight of our cross country trip but you pay for the experience. Very helpful, nice and friendly girls in the office and the grounds are beautiful as well as being in a great convenient location. And the giant jetted bathtub and gas fireplace are awesome. Also outdoor fire pit and hot tub on grounds are big plus. Would recommend this place to others, in spite of high price as apparently all places in West Yellowstone are pricey but you get an authentic little cabin here.

Would not recommend this place for anybody I don’t know if it’s the people they’ve hired or what but they’re lazy. Get s

Well, I wasn’t a pleasant I got there got checked in found out those wrong room but we chose to take it. We were supposed to get a room with a kitchenette, but we didn’t get that so we just chose to stay in the room we were in so few minutes later went down to the office to get a bucket ice Out there and the door was locked. All these papers attached the door with names that customer show up he thought I worked there. I called the number on the door. Had to have somebody come down unlock it give me a bucket ice then they started dealing with the customer arrived, I went back to my room and dropped something on the floor and looked to see if I dropped it underneath the bed and it was messy. It was like they had never vacuum underneath that bed. That’s how nasty and disgusting. It was a shower bar so that was it more so nobody wash no shampoo or anything like that in the room, went down to the office thinking that they have coffee in their office no coffee I end up buying coffee at the convenience store on the way out of town. I got back once again door lock couldn’t get ice. Figured I was there. I should ask for extra soap since the dish soap that I had they gave me dropped it and broke it, check out I’ll be there drop my key in every time I needed something I had to call and have somebody come down and unlock the office. Where is your employees? Why aren’t they at the main desk? Would not recommend this to anybody room needs a microwave a small refrigerator or something like that if it’s not gonna be a kitchenette, which is convenient.

We travelled for 3 nights, stayed in the Madison series cabin. It was absolutely great! Check in was easy, our cabin was ready when we arrived, very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The fireplace was a great touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend. One night we could hear the wolves at the discovery center just down the road as well, pretty awesome! The hot tub was not working during our stay, but things happen!
