One of the nicest cabins we ever stayed at. A very nice man walked us from the office to our cabin. He showed us where to park and around the cabin. Cabin was spotless, wifi excellent and the Cabin nicely furnished. No complaints here

Filthy old Cabin with no proper maintenance
Filthy property! We book our room through booking.com. The property room which was provided to us was disgusting!! The room carpet was filthy and very old. The bed sheets were very old, torn and gross with stains. The bathroom towels smell awful and musty! The room heater made terrible loud noise and we were unable to rest. There was no microwave or fridge inside the room. There was only one sitting chair in the room for two full size bed. There was even a spider crawling underneath the comforter on the bed. It was terrible that we booked this place seeing others good reviews. Very cheap place to stay, worst than the third world motels!!! I would not recommend this place! Expensive yet poor service and old and not well maintained cabins.

After camping for 4 days in Grand Teton National Park we headed up to West Yellowstone and a 2 night stay while we explored Yellowstone National Park. The cabins are comfy and cozy with wonderful soft beds and linens. Hot shower and a quiet location made it even nicer. Easy check-in and staff was helpful and friendly.

A great place to stay!
We stayed here in early September in a Madison series King-bed cabin. I was plenty big and the A-frame loft ceiling made it seem bigger. A working gas fireplace and a kitchenette with microwave and full-size frig with freezer made it the perfect place for our four night stay. Bathroom was one of the largest I've seen in a rental with a good shower and dual vanities.
Check-in and check-out was easy and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.
There are a lot of places to stat in West Yellowstone...stay here!

Roughing it without roughing it
We rented the one room cabin which was perfect for us. We loved the site amd how easy it was to get in and out. The big hotels you have to trek through the whole building just to go back and get one thing you forgot. This is a bit more roughing it without really roughing it. There is no fridge in the room which makes eating a challenge. We split meals so we wouldn’t waste food.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and on top of things.
We went to the spa each night after a long day of hiking. It was great.
The room did have a strange smell when you walked in but we contributed that to the fact you are in an actual cabin. I would stay there again.
