Great stay for Kings Canyon

Great hotel I stayed at during our visit to Kings Canyon. The property was very clean and Natalie was very helpful. She gave us all wonderful tips and her decorations were great. The kids loved the property and the cookies at check in. Dinuba is a small town but the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

One of two rooms smelled strongly of pet odors, staff didn't care, took no action. Staff promised to send housekeeping / maintenance. 1 of 2 rooms had sticky feel on carpeting and many stains.
Night front desk attendant was kind and helpful.

The customer service is amazing. The hotel staff and management genuinely care about your stay. They took really good care of me and my family the entire stay. Clean Rooms. Relaxing and cute pool area. I admire all the small details that upper management pours into this hotel. Really gave us the home away from home vibe.

I work construction and was placed out here for work. Let me tell you, the General Manager Natalie was definitely one of the kindest managers I have met. Besides that the property was solid, super clean, safe parking lot, and good WiFi. Can’t complain! Breakfast was great too

I stayed with my family at the Holiday Inn Express in Dinuba. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious. The staff were helpful, especially Chris at the front desk. The breakfast was good. There is a good selection of food from cinnamon rolls to cereals to bagels. They also have juices, coffee, and milk to drink. There are nice, well-maintained amenities. I appreciated the coin operated laundry on the first floor. I can recommend this hotel.
