A great over nighter
This was a great one night stay for us travelling from Grand Canyon to Yosemite. We loved driving through Death Valley. Very quiet road and stunning views. The staff at Atomic Inn were really friendly. A grab and go breakfast in the reception was just a perfect finish at the inn and start for the next journey!

Nice stay for the end of a road trip
I had taken a road trip to the southern California desert and decided to stay at the Atomic Inn on my way home. It was fairly easy to find, big sign on a tall pole, on the highway out of town to Las Vegas. The lady who owns the Inn was very pleasant and we had nice talks about a lot of topics. The rooms are in rows like a hair brush with plenty of room in between to walk between. The only drawback was they are built off the ground 2-3 feet and it's difficult to get up and down the stairs for someone who wears braces for their knees, like I do. Even though just a block off the highway to Vegas, it was very quiet. Comfortable bed, I always take my personal pillow, the room was clean and pleasant. The air conditioner, which as a rule I don't like to use, was a bit noisy, but I slept soundly. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff and average motel
We arrived in the summer 2019. It was warm as always. But the room we get was big amd there was a good working airco and above our expectations the tv was good.
The bed need to be replaced but the room is clean. Ok the carpet needs also an update. No complaints here. There is wifi.

Not a good choice
Luckily we stayed only one night. Location is good in the small town of Beatty just out of the Death Valley. Staff wasn't nice or professional with quite a mess with the payment unless we set everything in advance via internet. Rooms need an improvement in terms of appliances and cleanliness and are very basic. Place is kinda weird and there's no ICE or other motel basic services. There are better properties in town...

Fun and interesting
This is an old motel that has been refurbished with a lot of love and a sense of humor. I loved the little details. We spent one night there passing through on a trip. The room was clean, the area was picturesque and the price was good. If we are ever in the area we would stay there again!
