Sofabed is a joke.

I like Springhill but their Sofabed is misleading. This room’s sofa bed is a tiny trundle bed perfect for a 4-10 year old. My son is 6’ and was happy to sleep on a sofa bed but this is a total joke. They had no double queens available but if was a real sofa bed , we’d be fine. But I paid $270 for the first night for my son to sleep on the sofa. ($170 for night 2). Not a sofabed as it is a trundle for a child. He got 4 hours sleep. Feel totally ripped off and I am a loyal Marriott customer. Please change the copy at your website. And I have contacted Marriott customer service because this was totally unacceptable.

Rooms were very nice, although a little light on the soundproofing. Staff was just OK, not as welcoming as I’ve experienced at other hotels. Location is terrific - right near shuttle to Zion, restaurants, shops, etc. We didn’t have time for the pool unfortunately, but breakfast was adequate/typical. Views are certainly amazing, the best part about this hotel. I would stay here again.

Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and Poor Service

had an awful experience with this hotel. We booked a King bed room, but on the day we were supposed to check in, we received an email saying they would move us to a 2 Queen bed room. When we called to address this, they simply said the hotel was overbooked. We asked to speak with the manager, but she never returned our call. When we followed up, Judy, the desk manager, was incredibly rude. She made it clear she didn’t care about our situation, even stating, “Because you’re not a gold member, I don’t care if you don’t want the room—you can cancel your reservation.” The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you value good service and respect as a customer.

Amazing setting, clean and comfortable room, very peaceful! Staff are so friendly and helpful! The views are really something, especially from the lobby/breakfast area. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub/ spa, the only thing that would have improved the experience was less outdoor lighting to be able to see the stars at night.

Can’t beat the location and views. Just couple of miles outside the park with shuttle stop within 2 min walk. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the mountains. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is no bar or restaurant on site, however there are few food restaurants and the one and only liquor store right across. Breakfast options are good.
