This resort was absolutely beautiful. The scenery, the fire pits, the staff. I could not have enjoyed my stay more! Very accommodating, the room was lovely and the shower was excellent. Even the bathroom products were great. Love love love this resort and would absolutely recommend.

Amazing views from the rooms at the back of the property
Unfortunately we only stayed here one night. Our room had plenty of space and was very comfortable. There was a small deck off our room that gave us an amazing view of the stars. The property also had a fire pit that we sat at our one night there and met some other travelers that gave us some pointers for the next leg of our trip. They have a restaurant on site and a small gift store. Staff was very friendly.

Very close to the national park
We spent three nights here in a king size room. We had a lovely view of the cliffs. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was reasonably priced. We also ate dinner in the dining room for two nights. It was decent although not great. This hotel is just a few minutes drive from the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park and an easy drive to all of the hiking trails and the scenic drive. A great place to stay for exploring the park.

Stayed in a TeePee
We stayed in a TeePee. I learned a new word "Glamping". This is not basic camping. The TeePee has all the amenities that you need. Flat screen tv, portable heat/ac, it's awesome, but it is pricey. You have your own bathroom, very modern. There is a restaurant on premises.

Enjoyed our stay
We spent two nights in a Red Cliff View King Cabin during a two week trip across Southern Utah in October. This property is very nice with a variety of lodging options. There are community fire pits (that we had to ourselves) and beautiful views. It is conveniently located right on Highway 24 within just a few miles of the National Park Visitor Center.
The staff was friendly and when we asked to see inside the covered wagons and teepees they had someone take us around for a tour. I will say next time I will pick the teepee.
We ate breakfast both mornings in the Pioneer Kitchen. It was a good value for $10 but their competition just down the road includes the cost of breakfast in their room stay with comparable lodging rates.
Our only problem was the heating and cooling unit was difficult to keep the unit regulated to a comfortable temperature. But I tried to keep in mind we there when temps ranged from 36 to 76 during the day.
The sunrise from the porch of our cabin was spectacular and the photos were cute with teepees and wagons in the foreground.
We will definitely stay again if we get back to the area.
