We did bot realize that we had booked a B&B, but thought that we would come to a hotel. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the beauty of the establishment and the hospitality. We decided to stay one day longer. Ed gave very good recommendations for things to see. So we ended up with enjoying both the sunrise and the sunset in Bryce Canyon on our first day. After a really great breakfast (together with all the other guests, which resulted in very nice conversations), we left for our next destination. But not before following the suggestion of Ed to visit the Burr Trail, which was in opposite direction. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful photographs made by Ed. We recommend this B&B to everybody. Gitta and Michel

There are not a lot of good hotel/B&B accommodations available close to Bryce unless you don't mind little rustic cabins..Bryce Trails B& B is a great alternative! We do not typically choose B&Bs for our travel needs, but we made an exception for this one, and were glad we did! Crystal provided all the needed info for a smooth check-in, as well as a place of fresh baked cookies (delicious!!) and some other sweet treats to welcome us. The room (Under the Rim) and view were wonderful- definitely worth the price. Breakfast was delicious, and the opportunity to chat w/ the other guests over breakfast made it a very memorable visit. Crystal knew how to be low profile, but was always available if you had any questions or needs- and had done a great job of anticipating anything you might need, as well.. The deck out front for sunset was just an added bonus. Highly recommended!!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing. There was some noise during the day just because of the way the house was structured but at night it was very quiet. Great location in Tropic and wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed out time at breakfast visiting with the other guests and enjoying the coffee and tea. Anything you want to know about the area the hosts were willing and able to provide information. There aren't a lot of options in Tropic but of the ones we saw I would say that this is the best. Highly recommend.

me and my ex wife had the most extravagant stay in this beautiful bed and breakfast, and the service of crystal warren and kaspars was the most kindest and warm hearted service we had ever gotten. there directions were super clear and understandable of the two nights we stayed. our rooms in Bristol cone when we walked in was an insta delight and felt very at home. and the food? don't me started, it was like nostalgia at its finest, the potato pancakes are an 11/10 and we recommend to any individual staying in this beautiful place when staying in Tropic

This charming and eclectic B&B is spotless and offers excellent hospitality. My mom and I stayed for 2 nights over 5/19-5/20 in the Navajo Loop room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The B&B was exceptionally clean and quiet which certainly sets it apart; you could have a very restful weekend here. Several of the rooms face the edge of Bryce Canyon National Park, and there is a jeep road that will lead you to a trailhead just inside the park. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts did a terrific job accommodating dietary restrictions. The inviting atmosphere in the open kitchen encouraged conversation among the guests (the inn was full that weekend) which really makes you feel right at home. Would definitely recommend Bryce Trails to folks visiting Bryce Canyon or Capitol Reef NP.
