Floors made our crawling babies hands and clothes black from grimy dirt

The floors were grimy and nasty. The unit was cute, the shower is nice. But we would not recommend it for babies that crawl or touch everything. Our babies clothes and hands were black, the floors are not cleaned and the carpet is stained badly.

Unsatisfactory service

Although they have updated the bathrooms with a marble sink and tiled showers (unsure when this was done), the cabins are still very dated and the water smells of sulfur, especially the bathroom at the end of a hot shower. The foldout dining table was rickety and unstable. The showers are not fully enclosed and so the bathroom floor is soaked every morning. The towels are as rough as sandpaper. The workout room/gym was nice enough, but the pool is very small, fully indoors, and smells of extreme chlorine. At 1 and 2 in the morning each night (I stayed three nights) there were rowdy/noisy/inconsiderate guests in the resort streets, playing music and laughing loudly, and nobody was there to control them. It's unclear if there is a night watchman/secuirty guard. I used the provided rags to clean the counters, and threw those and the sopping wet towels on the couch when I left, not wishing to leave them on the floor. As a result, I was charged a "$100 cleaning fee" for the wet couch, which I am of course disputing.

Cute little cabins in Jackson. The beds are comfortable and cabin has nice amount of space. Couch could use a refurbishment because it had stains on it. Grounds are nice and easy proximity to Grand Tetons. Overall enjoyed our stay for the night.

Great little log cabins that are nice and cozy. I had a few concerns. Arrived late and went to cabin to find that the heat was not on. It took over 3 hours to get the cabin to a comfortable temperature. My coworker went to her cabin and it was set at 75 degrees so hers was too hot and mine too cold. The continental breakfast is the same everyday and a rather small selection. But all that said, I would stay here again.

Cowboy Village is in the perfect location and a quick drive to so many things to do and places to go! The cabin we stayed in was clean, and comfortable, had everything we needed and was perfect for 2 folks. The facilities are clean, well maintained and the team at Cowboy Village is very nice and helpful. Would recommend to those traveling to Jackson Hole!
