It was a last minute stay and it met all of our expectations. Clean, nice and the best deal out of all the hotels nearby ! We booked on booking.com and checked in 10 minutes later. Easiest process and check out is at noon .

Check in was fast and easy, friendly. Staff wore masks and observed social distancing, markers on the floor for people to maintain distance. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed and pillows, great tv channels and the shower had great water pressure. Definitely would stay again.

Super friendly staff and impeccably clean room. We had white bedding which I love. Updated modern feel with a small refrigerator, microwave and sink to fix food before going out for the day. Excellent stay while we went to Yosemite. The amenities were limited because of Covid, but pool and laundry room were open. Keurig in the room was handy.

Such a clean spacious room!
We’ve travel to Yosemite 3 times a year and have never stayed at Yosemite Southgate before.
We were so pleased with our stay!!!
Being that we are new parents, we now travel with our 5 month old. The room was spacious! We had enough room for his pack and play, as well as room for other baby contraptions. Aside from the bathroom sink, they had another sink where you could rinse dishes or what have you. We used it as a baby bottle station.
This was our first trip with out little, so to be able to have a smooth stay and a room to fit all our need, made out trip so much easier! Not to mention relaxing!! We will definitely be staying here more often.

Unprofessional Customers Service from "Debbie".
Debbie was rude! I don't know if she's the manager or not but she was not professional at all. We were packing and getting ready to leave the room when we were only 5 min late for check out time at 12pm and she stormed to our room demanding us to leave asap, her exact words were, "It's 12:05 my housekeeper needs to get into the room, check out was 5 minutes ago." There was no "Hi" or nothing just unbelievable rudeness and unprofessional customers service. I've been to many hotels and this has been the first time I've seen this type of customers service. I mean it's not like we were 30 min late, it's been only 5 minutes, chill lady! She ruined my Mother's day morning!
