Location is awesome, staff are helpful and friendly. As for the company they can care less for their customer’s safety and properties security. Disclaimer signs on walls of building the company will not take ownership of their property. Spent $477 for stay, spent over $500 repair cost, and lost time during spring break to spend time with my family. To top it off I was unable to attend my son’s medical appointment due to me making arrangements with insurance company, police, and repair shop. The part that humanity still exists the staff provide shuttle service to take my family to the medical appointment. Front desk representative and General Manager were extremely helpful. As for the company, they use pre generated email, shift the blame to staff and to the customer.

We went for a Clamping experience. We truly enjoyed our experience and appreciate all the staff who help to maintain a clean and functional hotel. We were greated with a smile, received a nice welcome, enjoyed a working pool, and had a quitet night's sleeep. In the morning, Mena presented a clean dining area and wonderful selection of breakfast items. Thank you Hilton for caring about our business.

Elevator was broken. Pool was closed due to someone had pooped in it. Room was dirty, hait in the shower trow down mat. Towels were stinky. Overall very disgusting place to stay at. Do not recommend to anyone.

Beauregard you take time to digest any food you might decide to eat out, or order, or your rental or personal vehicle bounces your meal pot holes, shared by neighboring business on drive and parking area.

We really enjoy the stay!!! The hotel is really clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful! The hot tub was amazing and hot breakfast was good! My next visit to Anchorage I would be there again!!
