Pros: clean room. Affordable price. Nice bed. Good location. Nice outdoor sitting area. Good customer service. Pet friendly. Beautiful pictures in different areas. Cons: small toilet. $50 deposit. (Get it back). No table in room. Low water pressure.

Best stay ever! Affordable, convenient, clean…AND they text you everyday to check on you and see if you need anything!! It was a nice stay! We will be staying here again and will recommend it to everyone! Over the top customer service and hospitality.

Very Friendly , helpful staff, clean rooms, very comfortable beds (and my back is very picky) , they do not give new towels unless you ask for them but that wasn’t an issue for the reasonable price we paid for the room. It’s conveniently located to Dollywood and many other fun things to do. Loved the ramps to get to the upper floors instead of steps! We will be back!

The bed itself was clean but the carpet in the room was disgusting. TV didn't work, had to call and have them bring a different one, toilet paper holder and towel holder fell off multiple times, might went out in the bathroom, they did respond and staff was friendly but honestly the quality of the room was very disappointing.

Went to Pigeon Forge for the labor day weekend. Booked at the Wild Bear Inn after reviewing reviews. I understand it was a budget hotel. There was a slight odor when stepping into the room. Nothing horrible. There were cracks are the shower and the tub was stained. Again didn't expect much for the price and planned to spend all my time outdoors. My only problem is that on my second day I found a dead bug in the corner of the bathroom. For me that is a deal breaker. I don't care what you pay for a room the hotel should make sure there are no bugs.
