Worth the price
Good location with adequate rooms. We spent all our time at seeing the sights and keeping the economy going. Arrington, at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. Parking along the front is a little tricky but doable. Would request a room on the backside next time.

Would visit again on Sale
The rooms were clean, comfortable but a bit plain (OK by us). It had a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Unfortunately (due to covid) the breakfast was closed.
We really liked the small pool. It was outside and refreshing. I hear it is heated during winter.

The Westgate Resort Way
Our stay was for 4 nights. It was paid for as a package deal for Westgate Resort Timeshare spiel. It was Rod Run but the noise from the street wasn't bothersome. Rather it was noisy guests down the hall. We had an end unit on the 2nd floor. Several doors down from our room, there were 6 guests sitting out on the walkway drinking and hollering. And the guests further down had their kids yelling to get into the pool...this all at 1:30am!
During our timeshare spiel with Westgate Resorts, we complained about this. The salesperson (Chris) apologized and said it wasn't the Westgate Resort way. But it is., this is just a rundown motel. C'mon Westgate Resorts, this inn can be so much better!
I really want to give another point as the staff was very friendly and helpful! Prior to arriving, they texted me to ask which room I'd prefer (floor, overlooking pool etc), and to let them know when we were one hour out from arriving. Whenever I needed clean towels or toilet paper I just texted them, and I got them! As for the room, there were drawers and a place to hang clothes. The beds and pillows were clean and super comfy and we always had hot water. The fridge was in working order and we always had really cold drinks.
Do better Westgate Resorts!

We stayed on July 30th. Family of 4 with two teenage boys. If your expectations are that of an all inclusive resort, then this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a safe, clean, friendly place to stay then this is definitely for you. The staff called prior to our arrival to confirm our time we would check in. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and given information on the area. After a long, hot day at Dollywood the showers were able handle four back to back hot showers. The hair dryer in the room was professional grade and better than the one I have at home. The air conditioner was very cold, but ours was tucked over in the corner by the bathroom so I got a little warm. However, I could have called and asked for a fan and I know they would have brought me one.
Only downside that I could find was that patrons were very inconsiderate of those staying around them and were very loud and slamming doors at 1:00-2:00 in the morning. Again, this is not anything that the Inn could have anticipated and therefore is not their fault that other patrons were inconsiderate. So, keep in mind that the walls are thin and it can get very loud around you in the late hours of the night if you end up by inconsiderate patrons.
We would stay here again!

DO NOT STAY HERE if you have respiratory issues
Musty, damp, moldy, very faint leftover smoke smell. I had trouble breathing, had to take a full shot of NyQuil just to sleep and not cough all night.
The HVAC unit is so close to one side of the bed it blew in my face all night l, I had to keep a corner of the sheet over my face
The table and chairs are older than me, but that’s beside the point- they’re also so close to my side of the bed I kick them
Cracked walls around the electrical sockets
It’s now owned by Westgate Resorts but it’s so not worthy of representing their brand. We own one of their timeshare condos and they’re always beautiful, we’ll maintained and clean.
