This is by far the worst stay we have ever had! Everything was dirty and worn and smelly. Lots of garbage on the poolfloor, a hole in the ceiling, snuff packs at the bottom of the spa etc. But the worst thing was, that on the floor in the room we found fresh ratshit! It got on the floor while we left the room and locked the door to go out for dinner. So apparently the rat could get into the room even when the door was closed. So we could not go to sleep in the room with our children knowing the rat could appear in the room while we were sleeping. We took pictures and the frontdesk manager refused to come to the room to see for herself, since she said she could not leave when she was the only one at work . We left the hotel and the hotel refuse to refund our money. We have tried calling them several times and they keep making up new stories as to why the cant refund the money. And now suddenly they tell us,that they went to the room and nothing was on the floor. They are calling us liars. That i think is probably the worst part! Booking.com har tried to talk to the hotel and encouraged them to refund the money. But they still refuse. We will never get the money back -we have given up on that. But we just hope no one else stays there to experience the same terrible lack of customerservice!

The best part was the pool and jacuzzi. The room smelled like smoke and didn’t have a shower curtain. Laundry location was very inconvenient. Not worth the price paid. Rooms need several updates.

Had a horrible experience. Checked in and noticed the pictures looked nothing like in the internet. The room smelled of mildew and long strands of someone’s hair found on clean sheets? Immediately checked out and still have not been refunded a month later.

It was clean and the pool and jacuzzi were good. The heater fan wouldn't turn off except on the wall and the floor was soaking wet underneath it. The best part of the whole thing was Judy who cooked our eggs and sausage for breakfast. She deserves a raise!!

The rooms were clean. The bed very comfortable. The staff friendly. It is a shame this place has not been updated and looks so dilapidated on the outside! A15 is too close to door to pool and is noisy. The breakfast is good. The lady that fixes your eggs is very friendly and a joy to see each morning.
