Loved our stay!
The views are amazing, the staff is so easy to work with and the rooms are so comfortable with everything we needed for our stay and more. I loved the touch of the local coffee in the room! It is close to everything and we could walk out on the porch and see the mountains! We plan on returning!

Great location, wonderful accommodation
We went down last weekend with family for a two-night stay. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was a really pleasant surprise. Recently constructed, bright, airy and colorful. Excellent beds and showers, either a walk-in shower room or tub with rain shower shower head. Kitchenette with a single burner glass range in countertop, small fridge, local coffee. We were there in very cold weather and did not brave the hot tub. Would like to see this place again in summer when we could enjoy the pool, the grape Vines talked into the edges of the property. Located just before you enter town, a little too far to walk along a busy Street but a very brief drive into town or bike ride.
There is reserved parking for one vehicle by the townhouse. One flight of stairs up to the property, covered front porch. Nice touches such as fresh ground local coffee, a personalized tour at check-in from the staff of everything mechanical in the room.
The pool, hot tub, BBQ grill cooking area is all centrally located and accessed by a keypad
Overall impression was a well-appointed newly constructed and well located property. I would not hesitate to go back

We stayed in one of the new cabins located near main office. Simply fabulous! Quiet, private, very clean and no issues with any appliances or amenities. December may not be the most ideal time for visiting the areas NP due to cold weather and icy trails, but we definitely enjoyed the lack of crowds. Highly recommend staying at MSR!

Worth spending a little extra and staying here
Moab Springs Ranch is a little more expensive than other hotels on the same main road in Moab, but it's worth it. After reading reviews extensively, we realised that almost all the cheaper hotels had a basic, stock-standard feel and also noise complaints. MSR has a more cosy, homey and upscale atmosphere. We chose one of the 2nd tier bungalows (a step up from the cheapest) so they are in a very quiet area. They also feel very new, have a small kitchenette, enormous bathroom (you could fit 10 people in the walk-in shower), beautiful high ceilings and great views. These bungalows each have a private parking space right out front which was very convenient and safe. Only reason we take away one star is that a couple of staff members were awkward/slightly rude on the phone (although we think unintentional) and maybe require some better training, although others were very polite and professional. We also take away a star as the highest windows on the bungalows have zero coverage, so a lot of light shines in the morning, waking us up early, so you need a sleep mask. Can recommend they install electronic blinds. The positives far outweigh the minor negatives though, we loved staying here and would definitely return.
