Stayed here for 1 night recently with my wife for a visit to Grand Teton. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. We also got the whirlpool tub room and it was the biggest private whirlpool I've ever seen. The heated tile in the bathroom was a nice touch too. In the morning we had breakfast there which was largely standard free breakfast quality, perfectly edible but nothing ground breaking. It's also an easy walk from the hotel to the neat downtown area so we took advantage of.that too (finding parking downtown can be a challenge so walking is better). Overall it was a very pleasant stay, the room was well put together and clean, and we enjoyed our time. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

The location was optimal for visiting downtown (walking distance) and for when we needed to head towards the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone for two days since it was on the way out of town in the same direction. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Price was especially helpful on a telephone call a couple of days before we arrived. He helped with advice on traveling from our touchdown point of Idaho Falls and shared thoughts on things to do in Jackson. Unfortunately, we missed meeting him personally since we were only there two days. Hotel was comfy and clean and especially roomy.

We arrived to lovely customer service but our morning went downhill fast. Adi, at the front desk, noticed my hands were full when I asked for more towels. When I made it back to my room I called down and asked for someone to bring them up. He said I had to come down but eventually said he would bring them up. When my husband answered the door and said "I hope it wasn't too much trouble" Adi replied that he had a line of customers. Maybe they should hire more help. We paid $300 for 8 hours of sleep. What about takimg care of paying customers?!

My wife and I were traveling with our son and his family (including our 5 year old grandson). The entire experience was great, beginning with the check-in staff. There was an issue with our confirmed reservations, so we were upgraded to 2 Queen suites. The rooms were very nice. The breakfast was included - and it was busy -- the hotel was full. The food was excellent. The location at Jackson was just right, as we were able to walk all over downtown. And then the check-out process was easy. The staff were very friendly. What a wonderful final night of our Yellowstone and Grand Teton trip...

The hotel was amazing. The free breakfast had great hot and cold options, laundry room facilities, outdoor seating areas for nice weather, we even took advantage of the hot tub and swimming pool. It was in a great location to be able to walk to the square where there was a large selection of restaurants and shopping and those famous antler arches for a photo op. We had a room with a fireplace and a separate like living room that was so spacious and nice. The lobby keeps fresh pink lemonade and lemon/lime water out for your enjoyment all day and they make fresh hot cookies every evening. It is a great location to drive through the Tetons and only 15 minutes from the airport which was really convenient. The staff were all very friendly and I really hope to be able to go back again one day. I highly recommend this establishment. Side note - if you are like us and like to eat at a nicer restaurant on your last night of vacation then you have to try the Gun Barrel restaurant. It is a little pricey but I ordered the Bison Tenderloin and OMG it was the best steak I have ever had in my life, it was so tender it practically melted in your mouth and the atmosphere of the restaurant is just amazing. Also, we did the tram ride to the top of Rendezvous Mountain, you can't beat the views from up there and you have to try the dessert waffles at the top, they are amazing, and you wont regret it. We even saw a black bear on the side of the mountain on our ride down. We had a great trip and loved the whole experience from the hotel, to dinner, shopping, and excursions.
