This hotel was awesome, super clean. A Great location so close to downtown and Teton national park. Very clean. The staff were very nice, very knowledgeable about area. So many shops and restaraunts nearby.theres a Rodeo that was a fantastic show too. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was not what I expected for the price I paid. I booked the trapper room to accommodate my large family, but the room was subpar and not as nice as portrayed in the photos. Here are some examples of the issues we had during our stay: -Carpet flooring that was stained in several places. -Sofabed that had debris in it when opened (looked like crumbs). -Strange lighting and outdated appliances and cabinets that looked 30+ years old. -Cold oatmeal both days that we tried the complimentary breakfast. At a cost of over $500/night in the summer months, this was a subpar experience to say the least.

Very comfortable hotel a block from the town square. Staff very friendly, accommodative, and eager to answer all of our questions. Good eatery recommendations. Breakfast outstanding. Nice laundry room with garden sitting area while waiting. Highly recommend. Plan to stay here again when I am in town

My husband and I along with our grown kids and spouses spent a week at The Rockwell. Selected property based on location and other reviews and we were very pleased. We booked three rooms and all were well appointed. Our only suggestion would be some type shower shelf for products while showering but minor suggestion. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, house staff friendly and accommodating and front desk personnel very nice. Checkin a breeze. Luggage stored until our room was ready as our flight arrived early. Hotel is walkable to everything in downtown Jackson. We decided against renting car but did book a few excursions - one picked us up at The Rockwell and the other two pick up spots were walkable from hotel. We used Uber for a day in Teton Village. Jackson has lots of cute shops and restaurants and having hotel walkable to all was a great fit for our family. Be sure to check out the music schedule at The Wort and Cowboy bars - both fun!

Excellent location Very nice rooms Chocolate chip cookies provided in the evening are wonderful & such a treat Breakfast very good - room a little small for number of guests Staff is very friendly and helpful This is a repeat stay for us and we would stay there again
