We had a difficult time getting their due to flight delays. they were very accommodating, and my husband cannot do stairs, so they changed our room for us. Close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

This motel needs an upgrade. Paneled walls with chips and scratches. Old style beds that you can see under, dark inside even with all the lights on and no breakfast available. The office area is being remodeled and the desk person said they doubt that they would have a breakfast area after the remodel. Good location downtown but the most expensive hotel of the 5 hotels we had in the yellowstone area. The other 4 were much better for less money.

Don’t stay here awful !

They say first impressions count. The image of this motel obviously taken on a good day. It’s very run down dingy, shabby and generally seems dirty all around the motel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend find somewhere else. The reception clerk at check in was very unfriendly and rude. She asked us to complete the registration card which was fine and three times asked us for photo identification and cc details. We can only do one thing at a time and I told her so! She rudely said “your in that block other there parking first come first served “. She needs a lesson in people skills. Area definitely didn’t appear safe. The motel however was in a good location as to walking to the town square less than a block. Definitely didn’t feel as though the room felt really clean. Disappointing they didn’t have waste bins for recycling items. On checkout a different reception clerk who was lovely very friendly and helpful telling us the entrance up to south entrance at Yellowstone Park was closed so we were really grateful for her telling us this.

Nothing fancy, but fantastic location. We stayed here one night while seeing a concert at the JH Center for the Arts. We were able to park and walk to get dinner, walk to the concert, walk to the bars after, and walk to get a breakfast burrito in the morning. The room wasn’t fancy but the bedding was nice, the tv is big, and there were well thought out toiletries and handy things like a sewing kit and an ironing board. Definitely a good deal for a night on the town in Jackson.

Pretty decent but FD not welcoming

Pretty decent! Good location, good price and cool installations. Pillows could be bigger. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and neat. Front desk was not welcoming. That’s my only complain. ——————————————————————————————————————-
