Housekeeping needs help!

When we arrived to check in around 4 only one of our rooms was ready. The other one was not ready until much later. When questioned, the front desk manager told us check-in STARTS at 4:00. That was a new policy for me. On day 2 one of our rooms was not cleaned, the other one was. Also, the price was different for the nights we stayed, with Monday costing more than Sunday. This was not made clear on the website where I made the reservations.

Beautiful venue with very little staffing. I recommend people who drive bring coolers with food and beverages. The bar closes around 11pm on weekends so night caps are not a thing. Housekeeping was good. Room was nice and shower was clean but a little outdated.

Absolutely amazing experience. Came for golf: played 18… the par 3, the range and got a lesson. This was the full experience. If you are able to squeeze a lesson in, ask for rob failes. He was super patient, knowledgeable, and let’s just say so good I booked him for more!!! 5 stars out of 5 stars!

Wonderful place to visit as a couple or with family. We had a great time. The place was spotless and the service was impeccable. Lovely gra=ounds/facilities/dining experience. No complaints whatsoever.

We had a great stay. Property is beautiful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was very good. Was disappointed pool was closed on Thursday night for a swim meet. Woman at the front desk was very helpful at check out.she provided some information I wanted.
