Off road trip
The red Ledges was a nice surprise, we were greeted by Kace the manager/owner
Rooms were spacious, very clean, large room with very comfortable King bed.
Room was very quiet, due to COVID-19 breakfast was provided in room.
I will definitely stay again, they went out of the way to help us when a family member passed away and we were on Side by sides without trucks and needed a car, when none available Kace gave her car to our friends to get home .
Their are good people in this world!

Very nice motel type Inn.
Great service the front desk guy was very helpful about local places to go visit.
Located in a small town/village? Near Bryce Canyon . Great views of the escalante mountains in distance. Breakfast was lacking in choice. They didn't have any lactose free milk, so couldn't have cereals. But there's a couple of places to eat in Tropic and Bryce Canyon village. We were lucky enough to have been there before the tourist season begins.

We really enjoyed our stay here, comfy room and very quiet. Convenient for restaurants and amenities.
Breakfast was great and varied and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Bryce.

Affordable and clean
When you spend the day hiking, as we did at Bryce, you want to come back to a room that is comfortable. And this motel offers that. Our king size bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. Yes, the rug had seen a lot of wear but as my husband said, probably most of the people staying there are walking around with dusty hiking boots. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the self-serve laundry was a plus. And the restaurant next door had the best BBQ!

Comfortable & affordable
As many of the reviews stated...it's a basic hotel, but we found our dbl queen room larger than expected! They accommodated us with a roll away bed for one if the kids, & were very fast to respond to our request! Clean & comfortable, just what we needed for a quick one-night stay. Hot showers, good beds & friendly staff!
