WORST HOTEL EVER

This hotel is HORRIBLE! Old furniture, multiple microwaves stacked on top of small frig on floor. Bathroom is gross and smells. We didn't feel safe; never seen my hubby put things blocking door so quick in my life. View that showed of the mountains but of a fence with a storage shed. Surprised Bryce Canyon Lodge referred them to me after they were sold out.

Not Happy!

While the location was good, the hotel was not. The rooms need a complete make-over. Our rug was very dirty/stained. The drain in the tub didn't drain and we had no Toilet paper holder. We informed the front desk and nothing was done. We asked for a new room, and that drain didn't work either and we had to take that rooms toilet paper holder. We had no kleenex in the room. There were hardly any electrical outlets, and the one's in the bathroom didn't work at all. We had to use the outlet that was in the closet. The breakfast was not good at all. Two positive things about the hotel are they had an area by the entrance to the building that we were able to sit and visit with our friends after a long day at the park, and the location to the park. Before we left, we asked to talk to the Manager/Owner who we found out wasn't there. He was suppose to call us, but that was 5 days ago, and we haven't heard from anyone. Not surprised at all.

For one night it did the job. Very nice staff. Good bedding and quiet surroundings. Breakfast room should have more seats, during peak hour, people had to share tables (during the week and off-season mind you). Also, it would be nice for the planet to use real utensils and plate so that we don't throw away everything in the bin.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom could use a little updating and the tub didn’t drain well. The location is within walking distance to very good restaurant and the breakfast was great. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon.

Stayed here for our trip to Bryce national park. Very, very dirty. Crumbs all over chairs, dust and dirt on head board. Shower rusty. Breakfast was horrible. Ran out of food so only had coffee and lucky charms( yuk). Housekeeping ran towel cart down the hall at 730 in the morning and it sounded like a freight train. Would not recommend!
