Loft Condo

The loft condo includes the same amenities as the studio with the addition of an extra "loft" upstairs. This is an open loft with a queen; a queen and a twin; or 2 queens with one extra bathroom. All loft condos have a queen sofa bed in the living area. Sleeps 2-6 people. Complete with satellite television, video player, gas fireplace, gas barbecue and efficiency kitchen w/ microwave. Please note: rates are based on occupancy of 2 people, with $12 additional for each person over the age of 4. Exluding Holidays, which are the flat base rate no matter how many people. Two night minimum required.
