The Pioneer home was built in 2020 and offers one-bedroom and one-bathroom. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a large kitchen island in the kitchen with custom made bar stools, a living room with a smart television with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus, a leather sectional sofa with a twin memory foam sleeper and a fold-out twin size Murphy bed. The bedroom features a California king bed and a television. The private bathroom offers a soaking tub, shower, sink, and toilet. The home is pet-friendly to well-behaved dogs for an additional $50 fee/day (max of 2 dogs). Please note no dogs on furniture or beds and dogs cannot be left unattended in the home.
