Reservation Policy

100% of the total will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellations or date changes, a 10% processing fee will be charged on the total amount of the reservation if made at anytime. If you should cancel within 60 days of arrival date, 25% of the total amount will be charged. If you should cancel within 30 days of arrival date, or if you should not show up at all, 100% of the total amount will not be refunded.

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: ALL units have a 2-night minimum. Rates are based on 6-person occupancy except for Yosemite Cabin (based on 4-person occupancy). Each additional person is $30 per night. Occupancy limits are strict. Exceptions are not made. All units offered by Yosemite Grand Vacation Rentals are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is never allowed anywhere on any of the properties. Smoking in a unit is cause for eviction. The homes have stairs that lead to most of the entrances. Handicap accessible homes are not available. Each property only allows 2 vehicles per property. However, there is extra parking, but this must be requested in advance. These extra spaces are first come, first serve. Cribs or highchairs must be requested prior to a stay. Please note there is an additional $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee per home.
