Unauthorized pets in Unit 1 or 2 or evidence of pets occupying Units 3, 4, 5 will incur a cleaning fee of $800
Pets are permitted in Units 1 and 2 on a case by case approval basis
Rates Policy: Please note there is an additional cleaning fee of $75 for One Bedroom Condos and $85 for Two Bedroom Condos.
Units cannot be occupied by more guests than declared on the reservation. Smoking prohibited. This includes e-cigs and vaping of any substance. An $800 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoke is detected or evidence of smoking is apparent. With being traditional vacation rentals, there is no office or front desk. Guests let themselves into their condo using an individual door code. Each unit has a very nice tall twin air mattress for extra sleep space. Pak n Play and highchairs available upon request. A three-night minimum applies during all seasons except winter unless there are 1-2 night holes available. Guests are liable for any and all damages to the condo and its contents. Upon check-out additional fees may be assessed if any of the following provisions are not met: - All rules must be followed including pet policy, smoking, and occupying the condo with more people than declared in the reservation, etc. - All debris, rubbish/garbage must be placed in refuse containers outside. - All linen, dishes and other contents must be accounted for and undamaged. Please use the colored face-cloths provided for make-up removal, stained white linen will necessitate a replacement fee. - All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Please remember to run the dishwasher before you depart. It is important to note that the registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors while on the property. All acts that result in damage to our property will be charged to the registered guest. Note: the credit card provided for the booking deposit will be kept on file and charged for any damages and additional fees. No refunds will be given for storms or adverse weather conditions. Daily maid service is not provided. Please hang towels for reuse. Guests may request fresh towels or linen for extended stays.
