Each reservation requires the first night's stay before taxes to be paid at the time of reservation. In case of cancellations within the policy, the full amount will be refunded minus the $25 cancellation processing fee. No-shows and late cancellations are subject to a penalty equal to the guaranteed deposit amount.
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for FREE. Any cancellation thereafter incurs a $25 cancellation processing fee. Any cancellation made within 7 days of check-in will result in a first-night stay deposit charge as a penalty.
A limited number of dog-friendly cabins is available and will be subject to an $85 non-refundable fee (up to 2 dogs), which includes keepsake items for your pet (blanket, bowl, treats). Pet rooms must be arranged in advance. Violations of this policy are subject to a penalty fee of $150 per day (or $1,000 for Rental Homes). Upon arrival, guests must sign the pet agreement and are responsible for their four-legged companions during their stay. **NO PETS ALLOWED in Rental Homes, McAlpine, Villa, and Ski Slope or Suites.**
Rates Policy:
Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $20.00 per night resort fee. Airbeds are available for no additional cost, available in the Chalets only.
Please leave your Chalet neat. Guests are responsible for any unusual cleaning or repairs following their stay. A $150.00 fee will be charged for dishes not washed, dried, and put away. Up to $100.00 may be charged for excessive cleaning required. Broken items will be replaced and the replacement amount will be billed to the guest's credit card on file. No Early Departure.

A current photo ID (driving license or passport) and a credit card for incidentals are required to check-in. The incidental charge is $100.00. Incidentals will be released at the time of check-out and will take approximately 3-5 business days to credit back to your account.
