Reservations require a valid credit card number to guarantee the room.
Reservations must be canceled by 3 PM, local time, two days prior to the arrival date or check-in date of each reservation. The cancellation fee is equal to the first night's room rate and the cost of any add-ons.
No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $20.00 per extra guest 18 or older. Please note there is an additional $3.00 Tourism Business Improvement District fee per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
Smoking: All Guest Rooms are Non-Smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted in the Rear Patio downstairs for guests who smoke. Smoking and being around smoke have been determined to be injurious to your health. ANY guest who smokes in a guest room will be charged a $200.00 cleaning deposit.
Candles are not permitted due to insurance and fire hazard – Sorry. No rose petals in the spa tubs. Damages will be charged to guests.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
The front desk is open 24 hours.
Please Note: If you are planning on arriving after midnight, please inform us prior to your arrival date so that arrangements can be made to provide you with after-hours access.
