Reservation Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For all accommodations, there is a 7-day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival you will be charged the amount of the reservation equaling 1 night.

Pets Policy

There are specific designated private rooms and tent cabins that will allow 1 dog per unit for a $60 charge for the duration of the stay .  You must select these rooms at time of booking online.  If they are not available we cannot accommodate your dog.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Room rates are based on the maximum occupancy. No rollaways are available in any room type on the property.

Check-in and check-out details:

• The office is open from 7:00 am. to 11:00 pm.
• June Bug Cafe is open for Breakfast 7 AM to 10 AM - Lunch 11 AM to 1 PM - Dinner 6 PM to 9 PM (Summer week days) 6 PM to 9:30 PM (Summer weekends) 5:30 PM to 8 PM (Winter weekdays) 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM Winter weekends).
• Private Rooms Check-in from 3-11 PM and check out by 11 AM.
• Dorms and Tent Cabins Check-in from 3-11 PM and check out by 10 AM.
• Check-in times are not guaranteed. Due to high volume during the summer months, some rooms may not be ready until 4:00 or 5:00 pm.
• Guests must check in prior to 11:00 pm. Late arrivals are not allowed.
