Reservation Policy

A credit card hold is required to secure the room.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid forfeiting the full departure amount.

Pets Policy

Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms. Up to 2 dogs per room. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. Pet rate is $20 per day. A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $50 is required upon check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non-refundable, and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $20.00 per night, but they are only allowed in 2 Queen Rooms. Pack-n-Plays are available for $10.00 per night.
