Reservation Policy

A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. The guest must present the credit card upon check-in. Prepaid/debit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is canceled 48 hours before check-in, or in the event of a "No Show," 100% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card, and the reservation will be automatically canceled. In the event that you make a reservation at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date, you will have 24 hours from the time of booking to receive a full refund. 

Pets Policy

A pet fee of $25.00 is charged per pet/per stay due to the additional cleaning needed for the room for future guests.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy, an additional $20.00 per night will be applied for each additional guest. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in guest rooms incurs a $500 cleaning fee. There are designated outside smoking areas. Rollaway beds are not available. There is one pack and play available upon request. The incidental charge is $100 flat.
