Policies of Salt Cottages:

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 14 days of arrival - $50 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of arrival - forfeit the deposit.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Cottages and hotel rooms are charged by unit and not by occupancy. Pack n' Plays are available for $25.00 per night. No rollaway beds are available. Most dates in the summer season require a two or three-night minimum stay. Please note there is an additional $35.00 resort fee per night.
