Policies of SeaSider Motel:

Reservation Policy

When guests book a reservation, they must pay the first 1 night of room charges. Upon check-in, 100% of the balance will be captured.

Cancellation Policy

Guests will incur a fee for the first 1 night if they cancel within 7 days of the check-in date. In the event of a no-show, the total room and taxes will be collected.

Pets Policy

$40 per pet per night. Maximum of 2 pets per room. Designated pet-friendly rooms only.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. This is a smoke-free property. Rollaways are not available. Cribs/infant beds are available upon request.
