Q:Do I have to stay at the resort to use the pools?
A:No, you don't need to stay at the Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort to use the pools, but you do need to pay an entrance fee.
Q:What are the Temperatures of the Hot Springs?
A:There are four different mineral pools for your enjoyment at Sol Duc varying in temperature.
The Freshwater Pool varies seasonally but ranges between 50F - and 85F (10C-20C)
The Mineral Water Wading Pool is approximately 99F (37C)
The Large Mineral Fountain Pool is approximately 101F (38C)
The Medium Mineral Pool is approximately 104F (40C)
Q:What else is there to do besides soak in the hot springs at Sol Duc?
A:There is a variety of things to do at Sol Duc. There are fantastic hiking opportunities for a variety of skill levels, there are many trails to explore. Sol Duc is close to Lake Crescent where you can go to rent a boat and fishing rod. Port Angeles is also near by and has many shops and restaurants to explore.
Q:When is the restaurant open?

The Springs Restaurant is open for Breakfast 7:30 am - 10:00 am, Lunch 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm, and Dinner 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
And the Gift Shop offers Grab-n-Go Food & Drink from 7:30 am - 10:00 pm.
Q:Can I access the pools year round?

No, the pools are only accessible when the resort is open.
Q:Is Sol Duc Hot Springs resort pet friendly?

Yes. A nightly fee will apply. Please refer to the policies tab for more information. Pets must be leashed at all times.

Please understand that due to the resort's rural location, no phone service or internet access is available. A phone is offered for guest use in the main lodge.
